Ordering within the UK?
For orders within the UK, we utilise Royal Mail for delivery. Additionally, we offer the option for a fully trackable courier service at an extra cost. Occasionally, larger items may be shipped via courier, with the contact details provided with your order used for communication purposes only.
Ordering outside of the UK?
For orders outside of the UK, we dispatch all parcels using Royal Mail on an internationally tracked service.
It’s important to be aware that your parcel may be subject to import or custom fees upon arrival in your destination country. Kindly note that the RECIPIENT is responsible for any import/custom fees and taxes. These charges are NOT included in the shipping cost at checkout. Any applicable fees will be invoiced directly to you prior to delivery. We recommend verifying these fees with your local postal system before placing your order. Emily Cole Illustrations cannot be held liable for any incurred fees; it is the recipient’s responsibility to cover them.

Returns and Cancellations
Should any issues arise with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@emily-cole.com, and we’ll gladly assist you to the best of our ability. We handle order issues on a case-by-case basis and will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
Customers have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to cancel an order without providing a reason and are entitled to a refund. If the order has been received within that timeframe, customers have an additional 14 days, upon notifying the seller, to return their order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned items reaching us. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless there is a fault or problem with the product.
Import Fees and Taxes
